(photos, videos, or a detailed description).
Once the issue is reviewed and approved by our team, we will cover the return
shipping costs and send you a replacement device at no additional charge.
2. Change of Mind or No Longer Want the Item
If you no longer want the item:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please provide a valid tracking number for the return.
Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a refund.
